It’s June and the “Firefly Evenings” are back in Yabu’s Okumeiji area from Saturday, June 7th to June 14th.
Okumeiji in Yabu is designated as a protected area for Genji fireflies by Hyogo Prefecture. Immerse yourself in the murmuring sounds of the Meiji River and enjoy the fireflies that illuminate its banks.
There will be food trucks on both weekends for a festive-like celebration to welcome the arrival of early summer!
